The main purpose of Machining Technology
The main purpose of Machining Technology is to give both practical and theory on lathe machine, milling machine, welding machine with priority on workplace safety, to be able to apply the structure, operation and maintenance of these machines, to be able to produce machines and to be able to use measuring instruments properly.
GTHS(MT) certification requires two years of study and two exams per academic year. In the teaching and learning system, 60% are practical and 40% are theory. At the end of academic year, the first year students are required to complete one month of fieldwork and the second year students are required to complete two months of on job training.
